Rupiah to Dollars Support
Rupiah to Dollars converts Indonesian rupiah and US dollars with a saved daily reference rate.
Rate information
The app shows the effective date of its USD/IDR reference rate. A bank, card, cash counter, or transfer service can use a different rate and add fees.
Premium and purchases
Open Unlock Premium to view current plans. Use Restore on that screen if a prior purchase does not appear. If Premium is active, select Premium Active to open Apple's subscription settings.
Troubleshooting
- If a rate update fails, check the internet connection and try again.
- The last valid rate remains available for offline conversion.
- Deleting the app removes its saved rate and local settings.
